Designation - Telesales Executive
Number of Positions - 1
Location - Bangalore
Job Description - As a telesales executive you will be contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job will be to try and persuade prospects to give time for the company’s executive to take the sales cycle forward. During each phone call, you should be able to describe the product benefits and features it offers, gather customer information, record the same on computer and follow-up on the call if required. 
Required Skills - 
  • An aptitude for telecalling.
  • Positive attitude, should be able to take "No" for an answer and move on.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Flexible and quick thinking.
  • Good knowledge about all the company's products and services.
  • To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
  • To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
Education - Sales technique and personality are more important than academic ability. Any customer service experience is also an advantage.
 Training - Training is usually provided in-house. It may include an induction period, with role playing exercises in a simulated environment, before making calls to actual customers.

Designation - Performance Test Engineer
Number of Positions - 1
Location - Bangalore
Job Description - This candidate will be responsible for the performance testing efforts. The candidate should be able to multi-task and deliver results on time. This position requires the ability to communicate to multiple teams with varying expertise. 
Required Skills - 
  • A performance testing professional having good experience on LoadRunner/Silk Performer/WebLoad..
  • Should have knowledge of creating scripts, identify load scenarios, Run tests, analyze performance testing results.
  • The candidate should have experience of the software development lifecycle and be familiar with the role of a QA/Testing team within that lifecycle.
Experience - 1-2 Years
Education  - B.E.(Any Specialization)/M.C.A.
